“There is nothing like handing a first-time home buyer the set of keys to their own home,” said Bonnie Stiner, the newest sales agent at Jack Conway’s Taunton Office. “It's so exciting for me because I build personal relationships with my clients. I don’t want to be their Realtor for only one transaction. I want to be their Realtor for life.”

Stiner is an experienced real estate agent in the Middleboro area where she has lived most of her life. She is a member of the state and national Realtor associations (MAR and NAR) and serves on the professional development committee of the North Bristol Board of Realtors. When she decided to join a new firm this month, she did some “serious homework” before making the move to Conway Country. “After looking at several companies in the area, I visited the Jack Conway Headquarters in Norwell and was blown away with how I was welcomed there,” said Stiner. “There is a true sense of community and pride within the Conway organization and it’s tangible. Anyone who has the opportunity to join this group would be foolish to look anywhere else.”

Stiner, who works under the direction of Conway-Taunton Manager Monica Dupre, is eager to sell the qualities of her marketplace to potential buyers. “For families with children, Eastern Bristol and Western Plymouth Counties have a lot to offer,” she said. “They give you a small town feel but you have the best of both worlds with the cities and beaches just a short drive away. And the commuter rail makes it easy to commute to Boston or just head into Beantown to cheer on your favorite team.”

Monica Dupre, manager of the Conway-Taunton office, admires the relationships Stiner builds with her customers. “Bonnie doesn’t set out to create a bond with her buyers and sellers, it just comes naturally,” said Dupre. “She considers them not just her clients, but her friends, and by the end of the transaction, they are.”

Stiner lives in Middleboro with her husband Chris and their two children, Alexis, 15, and Jake, 10. She is an active volunteer in the Middleboro public schools, Little League and Youth Softball. She is a member of the North Congregational Church and formerly served on the board of the Pop Warner football and cheerleading program. She is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in hospitality management.
