Christopher “Chris” Schepis designed and built commercial properties in Southeastern Massachusetts for more than 30 years before joining the sales staff of Conway Commercial this year. He is the longtime president of Capital Contracting Company in Mansfield and is highly experienced in the construction, development and property management of warehouses, office buildings, multi-tenant commercial buildings and auto dealerships

Chris began his career early on as a construction supervisor and project manager for his father’s design/build contracting firm and affiliated engineering companies. During these years, he helped develop the Bodwell St. Extension of the Avon Industrial Park along with numerous projects in surrounding communities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University.

Chris opened his own design/build company in 1985 and built a solid reputation in the commercial construction industry as his firm handled projects throughout S.E. Mass. ranging from small renovations to 210,000 sq. ft. buildings. “My satisfied clients were my best salespeople,” said Chris, who built facilities for Don Rodman of Rodman Ford for 25 years. “For the last decade or so, most of my work in the construction field came from repeat business.”

Chris concentrates much of his efforts on selling and leasing office, land, industrial, retail, and investment properties in the communities in which he built many of his projects – Stoughton, Avon, Easton, Raynham, Taunton, Mansfield, Foxboro, Franklin and Walpole.
