Bio:

Al Becker is the Marketing Director at Jack Conway, Realtor and manages the day-to-day marketing, public relations and advertising strategy for the company.

He joined the company in 2007 and worked as Director of Public Relations before assuming his current role in 2009. Prior to Conway, Becker worked for 15 years in the newspaper industry as a sportswriter, sports editor, news editor and ultimately, managing editor at GateHouse Media where he ran The Daily News Transcript and eight associated weekly papers.

Recently Becker was among the “New Leaders for 2010” named by Banker & Tradesman (B&T) Magazine. The trade journal recognized 12 professionals (under age 40) who are demonstrating outstanding leadership and innovation in the financial and real estate arenas.

Becker is a Westwood native and a graduate of the University of Rochester in New York. He coaches youth basketball and serves on the board of directors of the Norwood Basketball Association and he serves on the board of the Conway Charity Golf for the Homeless Tournament. He and his wife Shannon live in Norwood with their two young daughters.
