With more than a decade of real estate experience, Joe’s approach to the business is a down-to-earth common sense one: get the price right, get the parties to agree, close the deal – all the while, striving to make the process a pleasant worry-free experience.

Formerly, Joe served four years in the Marines, went to college, got his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree, taught high school English for 36 years both in New Bedford and Middleboro, served as English Dept. Head, was president of his local teachers association, head of the local’s Professional Rights and Responsibilities Committee (the grievance resolution committee and “bargaining team”) and found time to be president of – and participate in – the community’s local theater group, as well as direct the senior class play.

Additionally, Joe is landlord and property manager for his rental (investment) properties; so, having bought, sold, owned, and managed property of his own, his experience in real estate is more than academic. (Incidentally, his wife of 39 years, a college professor and administrator, is also a licensed real estate broker. They take their continuing education classes together.)
