If you were in attendance at the South Shore Chamber of Commerce’s luncheon featuring our Gov. Deval Patrick, you know there is no apathy in the business community about politics.
More than 1,000 business leaders were in attendance shaking hands and showing support for each other. This group of people is dedicated to their businesses and doing all that they can to remain strong and nimble.
I’m pleased to be a member of the Board of Directors for the South Shore Chamber. As they say, it ”takes a village” and this supportive group assists the business community and customers so our region will remain informed and educated.
This group is run by Peter Forman, past Plymouth County Sherriff, and he has made an enormous difference in the strength of the Chamber and its membership.
