A new partnership between Jack Conway, Realtor, and the Cardinal Cushing Centers will help both South Shore-based organizations to further their missions. The Cushing Centers in Hanover have been providing educational and work skills training to people with disabilities for 65 years, and the Jack Conway Company has helped generations of Massachusetts families to buy and sell homes.

The new relationship offers cash-back bonuses to Cushing employees when they buy or sell houses through Conway, as well as matching donations to the Cushing Centers to support their programs and services.

“Jack Conway has been a good friend to us, and we couldn’t be happier to take this partnership to another level,” said Jo Ann Simons, President/CEO of the Cardinal Cushing Centers. “Our employees work incredibly hard to provide quality services to our students and adults and I am pleased that we can now offer them this great program with Jack Conway.”

But the benefits do not end there, according to Conway Relocation Director Dawn Stevens, who oversees the program. “Our cash back bonus and donation incentive is available not only to employees at the Cushing Centers, but also to any family member of a Cushing staff person or student,” said Stevens. “We also offer home financing through our mortgage company, which is an affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.”

The real estate affinity program is just one segment of the new Conway/Cushing partnership. Conway’s Norwell and Hanover sales offices will display student artwork, the company will promote Cushing’s gift store, greenhouse and student-run restaurants to its staff, and collect drives for items that are needed by the school.

Founded by Richard Cardinal Cushing in 1947 to serve a population of “exceptional children,” the Cushing Centers now provide a wide range of services to adults and children with intellectual disabilities. Jack Conway, Realtor has been serving the real estate needs of home buyers and sellers in Massachusetts for 56 years.
