The feedback continues to be positive about our brand new listing presentation, complete with CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) tools.

This is a fabulous tool for our agents offers lots of in depth information to the customers of Conway when they are deciding at what price they’ll market their home.  There is tons of data available about schools, town stats, local market stats and information about our company with our new presentation.

I heard from Vicky Infusino and Tom Melanson of our Jack Conway Weymouth office who recently used our new CMA program when meeting with a customer.  As a result of the great presentation these customers decided to list their property with Jack Conway Company.

According to Tom and Vicky, ”Our presentation completely exceeded our customer’s expectations as they had met with a number of Realtors about their home.”  Tom went on to say that, “There’s no ‘fluff.’ It’s all pertinent information and helps to educate the seller about their options. The first thing that we asked the sellers (after giving them time to review it and us going through it with them) was ‘Do you have any questions?’ They had none and essentially told us that they were signing with Conway because of the professionalism we exhibited. The new tool played a huge part in that, no doubt. We put the listing on the market this past Friday and we may be getting an offer today.”
