Paragon Carousel, Hull
Easter Bunny Photos – Sat. April 7, 12-3 p.m.
Easter Egg Dash – Sun. April 8, 12:30 p.m.
Enjoy the old-world ambiance of Easter by the sea as the 84th season of the Paragon Carousel on Nantasket Beach begins. The Easter Bunny will pose for photos with your child on Saturday followed by the annual Easter egg dash on Sunday afternoon. The kids can enjoy the festivities and ride the majestic 66-horse antique carousel, a glorious reminder of Hull’s Golden Age.
Lunch with the Easter Bunny
Sat. April 7, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
T.G.I. Fridays, Colony Place, Plymouth
Have lunch with the Easter Bunny on Saturday afternoon at T.G.I. Fridays at Colony Place in Plymouth. Enjoy games and entertainment and take your child’s picture with the “Hare of Honor.” (Bring your own camera.)
Easter Egg Breakfast and Egg Hunt
Saturday, April 7, 9 a.m.-11 a.m.
Knights of Columbus, 25 Chauncy St., So. Weymouth
Visit the K of C hall in S. Weymouth on Saturday morning for a full breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Then let your kids loose for an Easter egg hunt to celebrate the season. Admission is $5/person. For tickets, call 781-927-5504.
Winslow Farm Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, April 7, 12-3 p.m.
37 Eddy St., Norton
Bring your own Easter baskets and visit Winslow Farm in Norton this weekend for a healthy dose of family fun. Let your child walk through the scenic nature trail to search for colored eggs and enjoy a tour of the animal sanctuary before or after the hunt. Kids can pet goats and sheep, play on the playground, or look for the Easter bunny along the walking paths. Admission is $10/adult and $5/child.
Cupcake Decorating Event
Saturday, April 7, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Derby Street Shoppes, Hingham
“Roberta Bunny” will be the host as your kids are invited to use their artistic skills to decorate Easter cupcakes at the “Giving House” located next to the REI store in the Derby St. Shoppes on Saturday. Proceeds from the sale of the cupcakes will benefit the Germantown Neighborhood Center in Quincy.
