Getting Started...

The first step is to get your Massachusetts pre-license salesperson license.

Pre-license Information:

• Classes are held in the evenings 6:30 – 9:30
• You need to complete 24-hours of classroom instruction
• State exams held 5 days a week
• Tests has two-parts pass each with a score of 70% or higher
• Immediate test results
• In the event you do not pass you can retake the exam
• You have two-years from the completion of licensing school to take the exam
• The exam costs $98.00 for the first time
• Your salesperson license costs $70.00
• The cost of the 24-hour salesperson licensing course is $200.00 including your books
