Massachusetts Pre-license Salesperson's Course
Jack Conway & Company's Real Estate School provides comprehensive instruction to prepare students for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License Exam required by the Board of Registration.
The school is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and offers courses throughout the year on the following topics:

Basics of Real Estate Law
Leases, Options, Purchase & Sale

Closing Statements and Settlement Problems

If the student within 45 days of completing the course takes the license examination and fails, then the course may be repeated at no extra cost.
To receive certification of completion, a student must attend all scheduled class sessions. Make-up classes will be provided in exceptional circumstances.
The 'Conway Country' School of Real Estate is considered one of the most efficient license law schools in the state. The school has no specific entrance requirements but state law requires that an applicant for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson's License be 18 years of age or older.
Massachusetts Mandatory Continuing Education Program for Real Estate Salesperson and Brokers
All licensees who wish to maintain an active real estate license must complete 12-hours of continuing education every 24-month renewal cycle.
The curriculum is comprised of 29 modules. Each module is designed to be administered over a two hour period. The licensee is required to complete six different modules in order to satisfy the twelve hour requirement.

CCRK
New associates at Jack Conway & Co., Realtor are given a unique head start on their professional real estate careers. They attend the Conway College of Real Estate Knowledge (CCRK), an intensive two-week program designed to enable them to list and sell real estate in a well-trained, highly professional manner. The course is offered free of charge on an ongoing basis throughout the year to members of Jack Conway & Co., Inc.
Experienced Jack Conway & Company managers and administrators provide detailed instruction on topics that will enable the agents to list and sell real estate with confidence.

'Conway Country' Convention
Each year in late January or early February, Jack Conway & Co. sponsors an exciting convention for Conway associates and managers at a major hotel in 'Conway Country'. The convention features a wide range of nationally known guest speakers, hands-on seminars, real estate related exhibitors, annual tops in listing and sales awards along with special achievement awards and the “ rising star ” award. We also present the ‘Conway Country‘ Citizen of the Year award to a person that is committed to making a difference in the community they live in.
Seminar in the Sun
Each winter, top selling and listing Conway sales associates and managers qualify for a 5-day, all expenses paid “Gold Trip” to a tropical location. The seminar serves as an excellent incentive for top-notch work all year. A second tier of top producers earn the “Silver Trip”, shorter excursion to the sun at a variety of locations in the spring.
Jack Conway Superstar Series
The Superstar Series is designed to improve the skills and knowledge of a real estate professional. Graduates are awarded the "Conway Degree of Excellence " designation, signifying a new level of professionalism within the real estate industry.
Jack Conway Manager Star Trek Series
This series is open to all Conway managers and Conway associates contemplating a career as a manager in 'Conway Country '.

Jack Conway and Company has responded to the fast-paced growth of technology by implementing a 12-station computer lab in our Corporate Headquarters in Norwell. Professional training is offered to all sales associates, managers, mortgage originators and administrative staff in Windows, Microsoft Office, the Internet and other real estate related programs to assist them in being more proficient.
