Getting Started...
The first step is to get your Massachusetts pre-license salesperson license.
The 'Conway Country' School of Real Estate offers you four convenient locations:

Pre-license Information:
• You need to complete 40 hours of approved classroom instruction
• State exams held 5 days a week, by a seperate testing company
• Tests has two-parts pass each with a score of 70% or higher
• Immediate test results
• In the event you do not pass you can retake the exam
• You have two years from the completion of licensing school to take the exam
• The cost of the 40-hour salesperson licensing course is $375.00 includes books, but not your exam fee
