July 23 2018                                                                                                                                               To whom it may concern Several months after listing my home with Howie I realized that no other house that I could purchase could become my home.With that said Howie has always placed my personal and fiduciary needs above all others. Howie was the only realtor that made me feel comfortable enough to ask any question and he always answered me in a friendly caring timely and professional manner.Howie went out of his way by having discussions with the Wareham Building Assessors and Board of Health departments to ensure that we could resolve any potential issues early in the process in order to avoid any last minute surprises during the closing.  Howie even contacted no less than 6 Rubbish / Clean Out service providers on my behalf and provided me with detailed descriptions of each providers services and cost to help me with my decision process.I will truly miss working with Howie but take comfort in knowing if and when I have any questions or a change of heart regarding my home or other real estate I can count on Howie being there for me.  Ana G.  Wareham MA
