Susan is top notch I switched from a competitor and am exceedingly happy that I did. Susan went way above the expected level of service and was a tireless advocate on our behalf. We had difficult issues with the Barnstable building department and she dove in on our behalf representing us with a very problematic issue of not having a Certificate of Occupancy from many years past. I am a commercial pilot and am unavailable many days per month and yet she worked very hard to bring these issues to completion on my behalf. I may not often be asked for a reference for a realty firm on Cape but if I am I will sing praises for Jack Conway and specifically for Susan!
