We had the opportunity to work with Tamra for several real estate transactions. She first helped us sell our primary home in Lakeville. We had originally listed with another agent. The house sat on the market for a year with very few showings and no open houses. We then found and signed with Tamra. She came in and adjusted our asking price and held numerous open houses. We finally sold that house very close to listing price with her tremendous help. We had many problems during the sale and she was very patient and supportive during this very stressful time. We used her again to list my fathers Brockton home. She had that house under contract in around 17 days! She is truly amazing at what she does. We then needed to find our forever home and quick. She took us to see many houses. We put in strong offers on 2 and lost them both. We were panicked because we all needed to find a house. She again was very supportive and encouraging during this process. I was ready to lose my mind and she kept me calm. We eventually did find a home perfect for us. Of course there were many obstacles there as well. She handled it all like the pro that she is. She went above and beyond what she was required to do to make this deal happen. We will be forever grateful to her for helping us find our beautiful forever home.
