Stephanie Harding of Jack Conway Realty was our realtor for the sale of our summer home in Wareham. We selected her after interviewing a number of realtors in large part because of her enthusiasm about the house and neighborhood.    We were fortunate in that the house sold quickly – we listed it in early July and closed before the end of August. We know that this was largely due to Stephanie's efforts. Upon listing the house she immediately went into action holding an open house the first weekend the house was listed and having all the realtors from her office visit and view the property. She quickly arranged for viewings of the house by potential buyers and was great about keeping us informed throughout the process. She was also very flexible and kept the process moving forward including handling offers and counter-offers while we were in Europe for vacation.  We were pleased with Stephanie's efforts in every respect. She helped us handle the myriad details that come with selling a house and was always available to address questions and concerns.
