The Conway School of Real Estate offers a fast, practical path to becoming a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts.
Our instructors use real-life scenarios to prepare you for the Massachusetts licensing exam in a structured, easy-to-follow format.
You must be at least 18 years old and attend all 40 hours of class as required by the state. Makeup options are available—see the FAQ section below for details.
You may retake (audit) the course at no cost within 2 years of completion. Certificates expire after 2 years and cannot be reissued. If your certificate has expired, full re-enrollment is required.

No. Students are not required to affiliate with Jack Conway after completing the course.
You will need a computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and reliable internet access.
Zoom information is typically emailed approximately one week before class begins. If you register after that time, you will receive it as soon as possible before your first class.
Yes. All required course materials are included with your tuition.
In-person students receive physical books. Zoom students receive digital eBooks.
Yes. Students enrolled in Zoom classes may purchase optional physical textbooks separately here.
Yes. We request a copy of your ID to ensure your Certificate of Completion matches your legal name for licensing purposes.
Yes. Massachusetts requires students to complete all 40 instructional hours in order to receive a course completion certificate.
Students who miss a class may make it up by attending that class during a future session or by completing an approved make-up option, when available.
Yes. Students are required to remain on camera and actively participate throughout class in order to receive attendance credit.
Massachusetts course completion certificates are valid for two years from the completion date.
After graduation, we provide the documents and step-by-step instructions needed to apply for your Massachusetts real estate license.
eLIPSE is the licensing system used by the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Licensure to process real estate license applications.
Once your application has been approved by the state, you may schedule your licensing exam.
Yes. In addition to tuition, students should expect additional costs associated with becoming licensed and beginning their real estate career.
Additional costs may include the Massachusetts licensing exam fee, state licensing fees, MLS access fees, Realtor® association dues, and brokerage-related expenses.
Startup costs vary depending on the brokerage and professional organizations you choose to join. Most new agents should expect several hundred to over $1,000 in additional expenses after becoming licensed.
After graduation, students receive a Certificate of Completion, a fillable CORI form, personal reference forms, the Candidate Information Bulletin, and step-by-step instructions for applying for their Massachusetts real estate license.

Refund Policy: To receive a full tuition refund, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to the class start date. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future class. If course materials have been provided, their cost will be deducted from any refund.
Retake Policy: After completing the course, you may attend any session within 2 years at no cost. After 2 years, full tuition is required to re-enroll.
