Ali Steeves has lived in the Sandwich community for the last 21 years with her husband Dave and two sons, Jake (22) and Kyle (20). She loves living on Cape Cod due to the wonderful supportive nature of the Sandwich community and is knowledgeable about many surrounding towns, activities and local businesses.

Raising her children here, Ali has a wealth of knowledge of the Sandwich School District and is well-versed in the public schools as well as non-traditional options. Being partial empty nesters has given our family a new appreciation for the moments we are all under one roof.

As a top performer in the company, Ali loves working with both buyers and sellers. She has an innate ability to connect with people, a great sense of humor and a true understanding of the importance of building relationships. Ali provides exceptional service and goes above and beyond for all her clients.

In her free time Ali is an avid HIIT class (High Intensity Interval Training) enthusiast, loves getting out on her boat every chance she gets, and enjoys spending time with her 13 year old black lab named Sage.

Ali was a trusted advisor in purchase of our home. She worked with us to find the ideal home and location. Her local knowledge, insights, patience and prior experience were strong and evident in all she did. She was vey accessible and replied quickly to our needs and questions via text or call. She was professional with a great sense of humor as well (which you need when buying a house!). She was also deliberate and thoughtful in her advice on price to obtain an accepted offer. Her help in Facetime tours in looking at a few homes was also very helpful. Finally - Ali would point out things I might have not noticed in homes we were looking at which was much appreciated. Ali was recommended by a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with her services. Her knowledge of local sales trends is one of the main reasons I believe our home sold on the first day. She prepared us early, set clear expectations and made the entire process feel seamless. As first-time sellers, we also ran into a small easement issue that felt nearly impossible to resolve. Ali reassured us from the beginning that she would handle it properly and in a timely manner. She absolutely delivered. On top of selling our home, my family and I were also buying a new house while managing a military relocation, which can be incredibly stressful. From the moment we met Ali, we knew we were in good hands! She is personable, professional, efficient and has a great sense of humor. I had worked with Ali when I originally purchased my home. Even back then , every part of the process went perfectly. Ali was a tremendous help in finding us the perfect place on the Cape. We were coming in from out of town and had limited time to see places and she was incredibly accommodating of our schedule. We used Ali Steeves to buy our house and sell it. We couldn't be happier with the services she provided. Her expertise in understanding the local market and how to price our house right to sell it quickly was key. We had offers within the first 24 hours of the house being listed and accepted an offer within three days. Her guidance in staging our house to enable the photographer to capture it well was pivotal.
