Joyce Augustson

Joyce is a dedicated professional with a rich background in business, administration, and real estate. Married to her husband and best friend Scott for over 40 years, Joyce is a proud mother to two adult children, Timothy and Stephanie, and a joyful grandmother to two granddaughters, Lainey and Livy, who are the highlight of her life.

After graduating from Massasoit Community College in 1984 with a degree in Executive Secretarial Studies, Joyce worked in the administrative field for several years. She later launched her own bookkeeping business, balancing professional goals with the joy of raising her children at home. Together with her husband, she co-owned and operated a successful machine shop for over two decades, building a thriving family business from the ground up. In 2021, she followed a new calling and entered the real estate industry, where her love for people and passion for relationship building came full circle.

When Joyce is not working, she’s making lasting memories with her grandchildren and family traveling.  A lover of flowers and gardening, she finds joy and creativity in home decorating, as well as peace in nature walks and beach days. Joyce brings this same warmth and care to her work as a Realtor—because for her, real estate is truly all about the people.
