We were first time home buyers who had absolutely no idea what we were doing. Patti was so patient and took the time to really lay out how the process worked and what we needed to do. We ran into a couple difficult situations during our search involving sellers/other important factors that really  started to wear us out. Patti really carried all of our stress on her shoulders and she worked really hard to keep us calm and to get us what we wanted. We were never pressured into anything she would sit down and weigh out the options with us and make sure the choice we were making was truly our choice. We will be using her again to find our next house without a doubt!!
