From the moment Dawn Boynton signed on to sell my family's property she was engaged and armed with information. She hit the ground running researching the property (which was waterfront property with all the nuances that went with it) aggressively promoting the property and  scheduling open houses. It didn't matter that it was early spring and the cottage wasn't heated when it was put on the market. Dawn was there bundled up with a small space heater greeting people who came to check it out and came they did! Dawn called when she had questions  found out the answers if the family didn't know; in fact she relished the opportunity to ?nd out more about the property. In my estimation she went above and beyond what was expected and above and beyond what I have personally witnessed from other realtors. Dawn's manner was ?rm but kind and enthusiastic . She never tried to  paint an unrealistic picture about the property and the expectations of a sale. Having Dawn Boynton as our family's realtor for the sale of a property ?lled with years of memories took the sting out of what was a very dif?cult and emotional experience. I cannot say enough about her professionalism her commitment to the job and commitment to her clients.
