If she didn't know the answer to a question she would find the answer and get right back to me. Brenda is also extremely punctual and dependable.  There was always someone present at all showings our open house and the inspections when the house was under agreement. Brenda kept me informed every step of the way. This listing was during the Spring of 2016 and involved an older two-family home that was tenant occupied so we did have a few bumps in the road. However Brenda held my hand and helped me figure out how to proceed and it worked out very well. Brenda's sense of humor and calming manner were the perfect combination for me. The house sold within a week and the buyers my husband and I were all very happy with the sale.
