As first time home-buyers we had a lot of questions that ranged from basic to complex. Patti was so helpful and helped us navigate the confusing and sometimes stressful process of searching for a home negotiating the bid(s) and final purchase of our home. We also used a VA loan and Patti was knowledgeable and helpful with this process and would help us to understand the nuances of the loan we were getting. If there was ever any question that she didn't know the answer to she would do some research and also recommend some resources for us. She was always there for us.
