Dear StephanieI would like to thank you for all your had work this summer for me.  We sold my small home in record time and I was able to join my children in Oregon.  The first time I met you at an open house in the neighborhood I knew if I sold my house I would have you as my realtor.  You were so friendly and welcoming.  I have sold 3 other houses over the years.  The last 2 I bought and sold as a single parent.   Neither of these was a pleasant experience for me.  I always felt the realtor was working for the person buying my house.  I was questioned on things and never given a reason why I had to share this information.  You explained the process to me and what I could expect from you when selling a house.  You always explained everything that I needed to know and why it was happening.  I really appreciate that.  This was my hardest move of all as I would be leaving Buzzards Bay and moving across the country.  Emotions were always close to the surface.  You understood that and supported me in any and every way you could.  I couldn't be happier with your performance as a real estate agent.  You are the BEST!!!!!Thank you so much Judy Rogers
