John was recommended by a friend which as we had been living out of state for almost 25 years we appreciated this suggestion. We had a few others mentioned during the time we were thinking of sell our home. We actually spoke with another realtor however my husband and I felt much more comfortable dealing with John. He explained different ideas to us yet did not push. Always felt the final decisions were ours. We felt that he knew what he was doing and just went about handling the sale professionally.
