While I've only been looking for a place for about a week once I saw the place that Alyssa and Casey were showing I was sold. Alyssa was the main person I talked to and she was super helpful. I had about a million questions and she answered all and didn't judge me for any of them. As a first-time  renter it was super important to feel comfortable with the broker and land-person and feel like I could ask any question that popped into my head. Alyssa did just that! Not only was I sold on the opportunity itself but the way she talked about the place. I was only on the property for maybe half an hour before I left feeling confident in my decision and excited for the future. Not only were both Alyssa and Casey super friendly and helpful-but-not-pushy they were super organized as well. This was the first property I went to that had paperwork of the space printed out ready to be handed to anyone that walked in the door which definitely made a difference to me. It was like they truly cared about the space and cared about the land-person and wanted to make sure that not just anyone would be renting the place. As someone moving on my own for the first time this is super important to me because I'm moving in with strangers. I knew Alyssa Casey and the land-person would be a great team and would pick suitable roommates for myself after being elated to find out I had been chosen as a tenant. Even if I hadn't been chosen I knew I could reach out to both Alyssa and Casey and they would probably tell me about other rental opportunities in the area or would communicate with me if something came on the market that made them think of me. I knew I could talk to them about anything; I texted and messaged more questions and Alyssa was back to me within the hour if not within 10 minutes. I couldn't be happier that I met both of these real estate people as I could tell they genuinely cared about the space the tenant-land-person relationship and the broker-tenant relationship. I couldn't recommend this pair more! As someone who traveled with my mother to various open houses in the last 5 years I've learned how to spot a good agent/pair of agents and Alyssa and Casey are just that.
