My brother and I hired Sherrell to sell our parents' house both of whom had recently passed away. We were trying to sell it from a distance in MA when we live in CT and NY. Sherrell was amazing to work with. She was always honest and took the time to answer my many questions. She went above and beyond helping us with things since we were so far away whether it was meeting contractors or just driving by and letting us know what type of maintenance might be needed. I would absolutely use her again as my agent in the area and I would recommend her to even my closest colleagues and friends.
