When I decided to uproot my kids and sell my house I was not sure where to begin. Sherrill was familiar to me as she sold a friends house. I liked her drive and energy. After calling and meeting with Sherrill I was comfortable knowing she would get the job done. She knew exactly what I needed to do and drove me to work with her to make the updates needed. The house sold pretty much after the first showing. It was a great experience working with Sherrill. She took myself my kids and my dog under her wing and now we are settled in a new home which she also helped facilitate as the sellers did not have a realtor.
