Janice Spadea

Janice entered the real estate profession in 1992 with 30+ years experience in marketing, sales, and negotiations gained from working in the construction field, so this was an easy transition for her. Since that time, she has earned many awards for her hard work. Her highest achievement was when Janice was named "Top Lister, Company-Wide" for 4consecutive years.

Janice's daughter, Jennifer, is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor's Degree. She is a former high school math & science teacher. During summer breaks, she would assist her mother with her flourishing real estate career. Growing up with a Realtor for a mother and a Builder for a father, selling real estate seemed a natural fit for Jennifer.

In 2000, Janice and Jennifer joined forces to create "THE POWER OF 2"which offers their customers the highest level of customer service. Both Janice and Jennifer have earned the designation as a Jack Conway "Superstar" by achieving the Conway Degree of Excellence (CDE). They're also "Conway Senior Specialists" which better equips them to service the buying/selling needs of senior citizens. They have been educational speakers at local real estate seminars.

Both Janice and Jennifer are Certified Buyers Representatives (CBR) and have earned their way into the "Conway Platinum Circle of Success." In 2007, Jennifer earned her Broker's License. Having worked 22 years in the Wareham Office ," The Power of 2" were tops in listings & sales for 12 years. In 2010 both Janice and Jennifer were selected to be in the "Chairman's Circle of Success".

In 2015, Janice and Jennifer left the Wareham office and have joined the Plymouth Office of Jack Conway, now listing and selling properties in their own hometown. Since this time, Janice and Jennifer have been top selling and listing agents in the Plymouth office each year, winning numerous awards.
