Kaitlin Clifford

Katie Clifford is the Chief Financial Officer for Jack Conway & Co. Her responsibilities include strategic planning and operational oversight for Conway’s business development and expansion efforts, property management, marketing, financial planning and analysis, and philanthropic activities.

Prior to joining Jack Conway, Katie was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where she served in a variety of roles over a ten-year career in both New York and London. Most recently, she reported to the Chief Operating Officer for Fixed Income and led strategic projects for the firm’s fixed income trading business.

Katie serves on the Board of Trustees of the Norwell Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice’s Charitable Fund, where she helps to generate new funding to expand and enhance patient care programs.

She is the eldest daughter of Conway CEO Carol Bulman and granddaughter of company founder Jack Conway. A graduate of Boston College, Katie lives in Scituate with her husband Patrick and their three children, Patrick Caroline and Charlie.
