Kortnee Anderson
Kortnee Anderson’s interest in real estate began in 2007 when she purchased her own home. Now she helps others realize their American dream as a Jack Conway Marshfield Real Estate Agent
A lifelong Marshfield resident, Kortnee is keenly familiar with her hometown as well as surrounding communities. “I know the neighborhoods, the schools and other resources of this area, and I’m happy to share that knowledge,” said the mother of two young children. “Marshfield is a beautiful coastal town with access to highways and the commuter rail. It’s a wonderful place to live and raise a family.”
Before entering the real estate field, Kortnee worked in retail sales and co-founded Marshfield Womenade, Inc., a non-profit organization that raises funds for needy families. “Our mission is to provide one-time aid to parents with children in the Marshfield schools who need immediate assistance,” said Kortnee, who started the group with four of her friends in 2009. “We’ve funded such things as dental work for a child without insurance, auto repair, eye glasses, groceries, and utility bills. We talk with school nurses and counselors to find out where the greatest needs exist.”
As a Conway-Marshfield Agent, Kortnee addresses the needs of another group of people - her home buyers and sellers. “I’m looking forward to helping my clients realize their goals, whether it’s to purchase their first house or move on to another,” she said. “I valued my real estate agent greatly when I was buying my own home, and I want my customers to do the same.”
