PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE From 1983 to 2002 I built a successful and rewarding career in Human Resources. It began with a Management Training Specialist position at Store 24, Inc. A convenience store company with 109 stores based in Waltham, MA. I then moved into the position of Field Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Contract Recruiter and Director of Recruiting. Full-time employment in these positions were at Store 24, Inc., BJ's Wholesale (Headquarters in Natick, MA) and Student Advantage (Boston, MA). Contract Recruiter positions were held at Reebok (Headquarters in Canton, MA), Colonial Mutual Funds, Store 24, Inc. and Fidelity Investments. During this entire work history I had been investing in and developing real estate in Boston and on Cape Cod.

FULL-TIME REAL ESTATE CAREER In 2002 I got my Real Estate Sales license and joined-up with Jack Conway & Co., Inc. based in the Hull, MA office. My first year began with a company-wide "Rising Star" award (Rookie of the Year) for an exceptionally high number of completed transactions and I have continued to build my Real Estate career Selling homes as far north as Newbury, MA and as far east as Brewster, MA. Awards for Tops In Sales & Tops In Listings have repeatedly been bestowed on me. In 2005 senior management asked me to Manage the Norwell Sales Office which I did from 1/2006 through 1/2008. I successfully controlled operating expenses, recruited and trained staff, ran bi-weekly sales meetings and motivated the sales team. It was my desire to return to list and sell in my seaside home town of Hull, MA where I currently am based. I hold the designation of Certified Buyer Representative, Conway Senior Specialist and Conway Degree of Excellence, Conway Platinum Club and Presidents Circle of Success.
