Michele Vena
With over 30 years in the real estate industry and more than 17 years as a licensed Realtor®, I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to every client I serve. My roots in real estate began in Condominium and Real Estate Law, where I spent over 15 years at a South Shore law firm. This foundation gives me a unique legal perspective that continues to benefit my clients today—especially in complex transactions.
I’m currently licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida, proudly serving the South Shore in MA and Southwest Florida—from Sarasota down to Punta Gorda, including Port Charlotte, Englewood, Venice, and Punta Gorda. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, or seeking a short-term rental investment, I guide each client with integrity, attention to detail, and local expertise.
I hold several designations including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and am trained in both Ninja Selling and CCRK (Certified Condo Resale Knowledge), allowing me to adapt to a variety of client needs and market conditions.
Outside of real estate, I cherish spending time with my two beautiful daughters and my energetic 5-year-old grandson. I enjoy cooking, hosting family and friends, and welcoming guests at my short-term rental properties in sunny Southwest Florida. You’ll often find me boating or soaking up the sun on the beach—my favorite way to recharge.
One of the proudest moments in my career was watching my daughter Andreanna follow in my footsteps and pass her real estate license exam. Seeing her passion for helping clients achieve their dreams reminds me why I fell in love with this career in the first place.
Among the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of my work has been navigating short sales. I’ve helped clients through incredibly difficult situations—including a short sale in 2009 for a client who just closed on her new townhouse in May 2025! That full-circle moment is what real estate is all about—relationships, perseverance, and helping people move forward.
My early experience in condominium law, including foreclosing on properties during the late '80s and early '90s, taught me the importance of strong advocacy and understanding every side of a transaction. Today, I take great pride in making the home buying and selling process a positive, empowering experience for my clients.
Let me help you take the next step—whether it's finding your dream home, selling a cherished property, or navigating investment opportunities. Your goals are my mission.
