Hi, I’m Pamela Mullins, a Realtor® with Jack Conway in Mansfield. I grew up in the town of Randolph, on the South Shore. I now live in Easton, where my husband and I have raised our family for over 30 years. I feel incredibly lucky to now watch my children raise families of their own, and I’m a proud grandparent to three wonderful grandchildren.

Before pursuing real estate, I began my career in accounting. During the years I was raising my family, I transitioned into a long-term role of a telecommunications dispatcher. As the first point of contact for both routine and emergency calls, I was trained to stay calm under pressure, listen closely to details, and guide callers with care—often dispatching police or fire services, when needed. These experiences gave me the foundation I still rely on today: clear communication, attention to detail, and staying focused no matter what.

Real estate had always been a passion of mine, and I pursued my license while still working in dispatch. When I was ready to begin my new chapter, I searched for a company that aligned with my values—and found it in Jack Conway. I’ve proudly been with them for over 15 years.
