My name is Stacey Cannata out of the Conway Mansfield office.

I am a dedicated Real Estate Agent, Relocation Specialist, MOM Certified, and I absolutely live for my clients.

In addition to doing what all good agents should do for their clients I go above and beyond by listening to their home buying and selling needs but also listening to THEM as people. I love my clients to the point where they become my friends and even more just like my family. I want to be there when they need a listening ear for anything they may be feeling or going through in their personal process.

I am also a dedicated mother and wife and enjoy supporting my own family with their endeavours as well. I have one very sporty son and one very artistic son. I make sure they always have what they need in thier own lives to succeed and I do the same for my clients. 

I have a degree in Psychology from Providence College and believe it has been a useful tool helping to understand my clients needs.

A little bit about me and my likes- I am officailly the "Crazy Chicken Lady". I have 41 hens, 1 Rooster, and a turkey and 19 new babies in the incubator! I love the outdoors and finding any possible way to embrace it. I run, hike, climb, grow plants and veggies and am NEVER afraid to get my hands dirty. And also anyone who knows me knows when I put my mind to something- NOTHING will stop me.

Stacey was very helpful and encouraging during mine and my fiances first home buying experience. Stacey Canatta has been wonderful to work with. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and a tight budget. Stacey's answered all of our "stupid" questions and reassured us through the stressful and at times emotional process. Stacey Cannata was truly a partner in working with my to prepare my house for sale. Her advice on what needed to be done and how and when to do it was invaluable. As she learned more about the unique and unusual aspects of the house she had no problems in adjusting her thinking as to the value of the property. Once the house was listed she managed the showings in a very professional manner and less than a week later there were five offers to evaluate. Stacey was extremely competent as we went through the process and I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
