Artificial intelligence is changing how buyers search for homes, how agents manage their time, and how real estate professionals build their presence online. Jack Conway has been paying close attention, and more importantly, taking action. Over the past several months, the company has invested in a series of hands-on AI training events designed to meet agents where they are, whether they are just getting started or ready to go deeper.
From expert-led presentations at two regional Mix and Mingle events to a beginner-friendly in-person workshop at Hanover Headquarters, Jack Conway has made a clear commitment: every agent who wants to understand and use AI in their business should have a real opportunity to do so.
The Elevate Series: Mix and Mingle Events with Rajeev Sajja
Jack Conway hosted two Mix and Mingle events as part of its Elevate series, each centered on the theme of elevating your business through AI. Both sessions featured an expert-led presentation by Rajeev Sajja, Chief AI Officer of Bright MLS and host of the Real Estate AI Flash Podcast, one of the leading voices in real estate technology today.

The first session was held on Wednesday, March 11 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Mirbeau Inn and Spa in Plymouth. The second was held on Tuesday, April 28 from 3 to 5 p.m. at The Cape Club of Sharon. Both events were open to agents, offered time to connect, and centered on the same practical question: what does it mean to be an AI-powered agent in 2026?
Rajeev Sajja's presentation, titled "5 Ways to Be an AI-Powered Agent in 2026," covered a range of tools and strategies with immediate real-world application. Among the areas covered: how to write better prompts using the RISE framework (Role, Input, Steps, Expectation), how to create stronger listing descriptions using AI, how to build a social content workflow, and critically, how to optimize your online presence so that AI tools recommend you when buyers and sellers are searching.
That last point carries significant weight. According to research from 1000Watt cited in Sajja's presentation, 46 percent of buyers and sellers used an AI chatbot to find or evaluate a real estate agent, and 61 percent of those said it was very helpful in their search. The takeaway is clear: agents who are visible, clear, and consistent across online platforms are more likely to be surfaced when AI tools answer those searches.
Sajja also introduced the concept of AI search authority, the combination of a complete Google Business Profile, consistent name and contact information across all platforms, and local content that explicitly names the towns and neighborhoods an agent serves. AI does not infer expertise, as the presentation made clear. It repeats what it can clearly understand. That means agents who name their markets, document their experience, and publish local knowledge are the ones who show up.
Winning Edge: Getting Started with AI for Beginners
Not every agent arrives at AI training with the same starting point. Jack Conway recognized that, and built a session specifically for agents who have been curious about AI but did not know where to begin.
The Winning Edge workshop, "Getting Started with AI," was held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Hanover Headquarters Classroom. The session was led by Marley Snyder and designed from the ground up as a no-experience-required introduction to ChatGPT. Agents were asked to bring a phone or laptop and nothing else. No prior setup, no technical background needed!
The workshop walked participants through setting up a free ChatGPT account, learning how to write effective prompts, and completing real tasks together in the room. By the end of the 60-minute session, every attendee had written listing descriptions, client emails, and social captions using AI tools, and walked out with a practical prompt library they could use immediately.
The curriculum was built around the understanding that the best way to learn AI is to use it. Participants ran live prompts as a group, iterated on results together, and asked questions in real time. Sessions were kept small intentionally so that every attendee had time to practice and get individual support.
What Agents Are Walking Away With
Across all three events, the through line has been the same. Jack Conway is not asking agents to become AI experts. The company is giving its agents the tools, the confidence, and the practical starting points to work smarter, spend less time on administrative tasks, and show up more consistently for their clients.

The skills covered across these sessions have direct, immediate application. An agent who learns how to write a listing description in 30 seconds with AI gets time back. An agent who knows how to draft a client follow-up email in 60 seconds stays in contact more consistently. An agent who understands how to optimize their bio for AI search is better positioned to be found by the buyers and sellers who are already using these tools to make decisions.
These are not abstract future-focused concepts. They are practical skills with practical results, and Jack Conway has committed to making them accessible to every agent across its offices on the South Shore, Cape Cod, Greater Boston, and the South Coast.
More Training Ahead
The sessions held are part of an ongoing commitment to professional development at Jack Conway. The company continues to look for ways to bring relevant, high-quality training to its agents, with programming designed to meet the real demands of today's market.
Agents with questions about upcoming training opportunities or the tools covered in these sessions are encouraged to reach out directly to Marley Snyder at msnyder@jackconway.com.
