Yes! We offer both daytime and evening classes throughout the year.

How do I pay for the class?
Registration and payment are completed through Eventbrite. You can find registration links in our Upcoming Classes section.

Do I need to join Jack Conway after taking the course?
No. Students are not required to affiliate with Jack Conway after completing the course.
Before Class

What do I need for Zoom classes?
You will need a computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and internet access.

When will I receive the Zoom link?
Zoom information is emailed approximately one week before class begins.

Are books included?
Yes, all required course materials are included with tuition.

Do you provide physical books or eBooks?
In-person students receive physical books. Zoom students receive digital eBooks.

Can Zoom students purchase physical books?
Yes. Students enrolled in Zoom classes may purchase optional physical textbooks separately here.

Do I need to send my ID?
Yes. We use your ID to ensure your certificate matches your legal name for licensing purposes.
During Class

Do I need to attend all 40 hours?
Yes. Massachusetts requires students to complete all 40 hours in order to receive a course completion certificate.

What if I miss a class?
Missed classes may be made up during a future session.

Do I need to be on camera during Zoom classes?
Yes. Students are required to remain on camera and actively participate during class in order to receive attendance credit.
After Graduation

How long is my course certificate valid?
Massachusetts course completion certificates are valid for two years from the completion date.

How do I apply for my real estate license?
After graduation, we provide the documents and instructions needed to apply for your Massachusetts real estate license.

What is eLIPSE?
eLIPSE is the licensing system used by the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Licensure.

When can I schedule the licensing exam?
Once your application is approved by the state, you may schedule your licensing exam.

Are there additional costs after the class?
Yes. In addition to tuition, students should expect additional costs associated with becoming licensed and practicing real estate in Massachusetts.

What additional costs should I expect?
Additional costs may include the Massachusetts licensing exam fee, state licensing fees, MLS access fees, Realtor® association dues, and brokerage-related expenses.

How much does it cost to start working as a real estate agent?
Startup costs vary depending on the brokerage and professional organizations you choose to join. Most new agents should expect several hundred to over $1,000 in additional costs after becoming licensed.

What documents will I receive after graduation?
After graduation, students receive a Certificate of Completion, fillable CORI form, personal reference forms, Candidate Information Bulletin, and step-by-step instructions for applying for their Massachusetts real estate license.
