The former Norton Public Library constructed and donated to the town in 1888 by Eliza Wheaton, the founder of Wheaton Female Seminary, which became Wheaton College. The Library constructed in 1888 is on the National Register of Historic Places and located at Library Square opposite the Town Common walking distance to Wheaton Campus and downtown.
