Hi Stephanie;  Thank you for all the prep work you did for us on the house we bought. There were a lot of hoops to jump through using primarily internet connections and you helped us through every one with all parties involved. You also were very prompt in returning and answering our calls  for  any questions we had. This is our fourth house we have purchased and is the first one with mostly all internet correspondence and you walked us through many obstacles.
