Lynn knows the realty business. When we first consulted with her we thought we could get more than what she suggested. Then we had an open house at the price we wanted. She brought over flower arrangements and even paper slippers for lookers since it was raining and we had just had the hardwood floors done. We had a lot of people go through but no offers. After a few weeks we had another one with the same results. Then we lowered the price to Lynn's suggestion and the house sold. Her guidance right through closing was spot on.
