Outstanding !!!The Summer of 2016 was spent looking for a home that suited our needs. Jill was the most patient professional we had ever met. She educated us on several locations of upper Cape as we viewed many different homes. Large bedrooms small bedrooms waterview no water view walk to attractions or even the most secluded areas. We just couldn't find perfect place that called out to us. Many very hot days with an iced coffee break to revaluate price size location and other needs as we must have driven this top notch Realtor crazy........and then it finally happened !A spacious old Colonial in need of some TLC with a large country kitchen big yard giant bedrooms close to all stores and a waterview. This had our name written all over it.With a sigh of relief and excitement from all of us the real challenge came as Jill went over and above to get the property to closing day. It was not an easy task at all......but with her knowledge patience stamina always a smile and positive attitude the day came to actually move in. We spent our first night in our wonderful new home last night. To awaken with a hot cup of coffee and a family of Swans greeting us in our new backyard. "You can't beat that".Jill can make your dreams come true too!! She is truly Superwoman!!
