Sean was an awesome agent. He communicated with us via text message almost daily & often several times a day. He showed our unusual home numerous times scheduled a number of open houses & came up with an innovative way to show our home. We had been using the home as a summer home so it was fully furnished. Sean scheduled a simultaneous yard sale & open house to increase traffic to the home. It worked! He cleaned our home mowed the lawn made sure he was on site with repairmen & contractors. Most importantly he gave our daughter his grandmother's old typewriter probably a 1946 Underwood noiseless 77 according to the daughter.
