Daphne Corder was indispensable throughout the process of our home purchase.  As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing and Daphne took the time to wak us through every step.  We were nervous about such a big purchase and Daphne was supportive without pushing us into any decisions.  She aswered all of our questions even when we texted her at odd hours since we were coming from the west coast.  Even after we closed when we nedded a contractor we called Daphne and she had a list ready for us.  I recommend Daphne to eveyone I know looking to buy or sell in our area.  She made a stressful experience very easy.  We love our home and never had a minute of buyers remorse.  I couldn't recommend Daphne Corder with more enthusiasm.- Alex Novakowski
