I could not have asked for a better representative. She quieted all my fears and nervousness about selling the home. She caught mistakes that the buyer was making in installing the proper fire and smoke alarms. She gave me a heads up on all the things I would have to do and walked me through the process. Cheryl was attentive thorough and knowledgeable. she made sure I was comfortable with the process and answered my questions fully. Since I do not drive she arranged for my transportation for all necessary trips. God willing I will never sell another piece of property but if I did I would want Cheryle there to support me. Cheryle Cantin's assistant was wonderful and every bit as professional and supportive as Cheryle was.
