My wife and I are writing this letter in recognition of the excellent services we received from Rosemary Sullivan during our recent home purchase. Rosemary and her husband Paul went above and beyond our expectations to work with us sometimes at a moments notice in accomplishing our goal of finding a home in Hingham. From the very start she was a warm comfortable and caring presence. Having met many realtors in the preceding two years we were struck by Rosemary's unique method of showing houses. Instead of only providing facts and history of each home she also taught us to ask the right questions in evaluating each home's strengths and weakness against our own needs and desires. For a relocating family such as us it was very important to have trustworthy guidance and the time to understand that information in order to make the correct decision. Rosemary provided these services as a matter of course and did considerable research for us. She took the time to explain such documents as Title V plot land flood zone maps permits and home repair documents.  Rosemary provided the same level of unbiased information on all homes of interest. Rosemary is a patient informed mature individual that truly gets joy from helping people find their homes. Every so often you meet people that simply demonstrate the good and honest things in life. Rosemary and Paul are such nice people and we cannot express our gratitude enough for being people of the highest caliber exerience and passion for their work.
