Jannine from Jack Conway was absolutely fantastic in helping us through the process of buying a home. We are both new homeowners and new to the market and she provided a lot of help and knowledge navigating both. She even went above and beyond to help us through and keep us motivated when there were issues with the appraisal helping us through first an appeal and then finding a second lender/appraiser when the first fell through.
