Ellen took the time to get to know us on a personal level and was always there for us when we wanted advice needed more information or just wanted to vent. We felt she cared about us and was looking out for us on a personal and professional level which made the often anxiety-provoking situation of selling our house much more manageable and even enjoyable at times!
