Brandon was incredibly helpful at identifying properties within our parameters and giving feedback to help refine our search even before we attended any open houses Brandon gave great advice at each step of the process helping to ease a lot of our first time home buying fears and helping us assess what was normal/traditional during the home buying journey. He was also very knowledgeable about steps that didn't directly pertain to his function such as steps we should expect when going through the mortgage approval process with our loan officer. Brandon would periodically reach out just to make sure everything was in track and was very responsive to any questions we did issue via email text or voicemail. Brandon was incredibly patient; we must have asked him the same questions a dozen times and his responses were reassuring each time.
