5 stars is a no-brainer for Karin. We stumbled upon her looking for a realtor to show us a listed house. She promptly responded and met us 2 hours later. And that was just the beginning. She spent time asking us about what we were looking for what we wanted vs needed our styles and preferences all in an effort to find us the perfect summer home. We started in Hull moved to Plymouth and ended in Marshfield. Nothing inconvenienced Karin. She went in ahead of us to view potential properties advised us on which ones to pursue and met us along our path no matter where we were. When we found our house she was awesome. Great advice great guidance (and made sure we got the best value we could) and never checked out along the way. She was also a caring and thoughtful person and highly professional with very high standards ethics and integrity. In short Karin is a rock star! We would recommend her to anyone.
