Ellen did a fine job of setting expectations recommending the best pricing point and creating an excellent listing to feature the property. She coordinated well with all involved parties (buyer buyer's agent home inspector buyer's mortgage company condo trustee and attorneys). She instructed me on how best to handle the final closing items (water bill utilities notifications etc). She held an open house negotiated an acceptable offer the next day and stayed in touch until all the agreements and legal paperwork was completed. Ellen made what could have been a stressful experience very easy and efficient. I would highly recommend her to any seller.
