Wow! I can't say enough about Sherrell's knowledge! Real Estate paperwork can be intense - we weren't always sure what we were looking at. I don't know how we would have gotten through it all without Sherrell's watchful eye keeping tabs every step of the way. If any questions arose she immediately jumped into action contacting realtors inspectors or finance folks to ensure all was well.
